Hello,
I have composed an xhtml file and corresponding css file with styles.
It works OK. The problem is that I change my xhtml and css files and
cannot see these changs with my browser. To see this changes I need to
copy my xhtml and css files to another files an then reopen new copy
of xhtml file with my browser. Why is it happening? How I can force my
browser to clear its memory? Can I add something to xhtml file to
forbid browser to memorize given file?

It does indeed sound like a caching problem.

Not reliably, no.
In Mozilla you can select Edit, Preferences, Advanced, Cache and
click the buttons to clear both disk and memory cache. On that same
tab you can also select "Compare the page in the cache to the page
on the network" ... "Every time I view the page" which _might_ make
it unnecessary to clear the cache.
Internet Exploder probably has similar facilities under Tools,
Internet Options.

Not likely. But http headers might help.
