When trying to burn shows that I've taped on/with Media Center, when I click
'Create CD/DVD', I get this message: Ensure that you have a CD or a DVD
burner installed and click Retry. I had this problem just before I replaced
my old burner, and I have it with the new one, too. Don't know what may have
happened to cause this. Help?

I am having the same trouble. I even went out and bought a new DVD writer
that had the Works with Vista Logo. Turns out it wasn't on the HCL so I went
and purchased a LG GSA-H55N writer which is on the list and has the logo. I
still have that issue. I am running Vista Ultimate 64. I tried different
newsgroups and forums and found several steps that have not worked on my
system as they were for Windows XP. One person though gave me this link:
http://blogs.msdn.com/astebner/archive/2007/03/16/how-to-repair-media-center-files-and-registry-entries-on-windows-vista.aspx
It did not fix my problem but maybe it will work for you. It is steps that
will look for problems in the files and fix them if it finds any.

I want to know what is wrong with mine or how to reinstall the Sonic Burn.

Also if you have Windows XP a lot of the forums suggested uninstalling Sonic
and reinstalling it. A lot of people said that worked for them.
