I have a new Dell Axim X51v. When I tap on program, then file explorer, then
my device my device attempts to connect with the internet. I am unable to
view any of the files or application I have on my device. It does show SD and
CF card. When I tap on them I can view what files they contain. How do I get
this device to stop from attempting to connect to internet and show my files?
Can anyone help me?

Hi,
Did you access a network share with the File Explorer? Can you see the
folder the system is trying to open? Have you tried a soft reset?

Hi Chris,
Yes I have tried a soft reset. No, I have not tried to access any network
sharing. It attempt to open a Microsoft file. I really don't want to have to
do a hard reset. Do you have any other ideas? Thanks

Hi,
What Microsoft file is it trying to open? Did you install any other
applications on the Axim?

go to that extreme but I did and the device is working prperly in file
