Does anybody here know which Debian package the Mail::Internet module is
located in?

You can find out this sort of information from the webpage
http://packages.debian.org/ In the last section, titled "Search the
contents of packages", you can do a search for Mail/Internet.pm. In
this case the package is libmailtools-perl.
