[Winrep crash with just close button, no reporting]

Re-install said I had latest version.

had to un-install,
then install

then got winrep (See next post)
then pop up saying index is being re-built
Suggested fixs, change URL, say must be removed, and make sure you reboot.
Uninstall should also delete the indexing so it is rebuilt.
