Many times, when when I surf and then I click on the blue plus sign of the
toolbar to open a second tab of Internet explorer, Internet Explorer close.
Do you know why?
Also sometimes, even though the "lock the toolbars" option is checked, all
my toolbars are moved and changed of position.

Do you, by any chance, have Yahoo Toolbar installed?
There is a known issue with Yahoo Toolbar's pop-up blocker, where it 'eats
up' all other IE windows.
I believe the problem was found under IE7. Do you, by any chance, have IE7
also?

If neither of the above is true please provide your settings (OS, IE
version, what other toolbars are installed, etc.) so I may be able to help.

Thanks,.
