Somehow, I found myself in a situation where the installer says it can't
uninstall msntbs because it is "not installed". Try to reinstall and
installer says "already installed". Tryed installer clean up utility and
msntbs disappears from add/remove programs, but installer still says
"already installed". HELP!

I find myself in the same situation, can't install or uninstall. Meanwhile
Msnappau and Loadqm are still running. I'm on Win 98SE.
