Hi All,

I am developing MSN Toolbar Add-In which can be used to change Accept
Language in Internet Option - Language. I know I just have to change the
following registry value...

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\International
AcceptLanguage

After I changed the regkey, it seems AcceptLanguage does not work just by
hitting F5 to reload the page & I actually have to restart IE/newly create a
new window to apply change. Are there any way to apply change right after
changing regkey and see change by hitting F5 to reload the page?

I am seeking a reference but haven't found yet.
I think it have to code to refresh IE to apply change.
