Until recently, had the Weather, Games, Phishing filter Add-in on the MSN
Search Toolbar. Now they are gone. They are in the Add/Remove Program
listing; in the MSN Searh ToolBar Suite in the Program Files; if I click on
them, I get they are aready installed. Have deleted them, reinstalled them,
repaired them, removed the Toolbar, reinstalled, etc., they do not re-appear.
Removed all Temp Files/Folders, etc., they do not reappear. Suggestions???

It sounds like you cleared the temp folders already, which is what I've seen
work, but try the following:
1. Close all programs and browser windows
2. Start > Run:
type: %TEMP%
3. The \Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Temp folder is opened
4. Select all files, then delete them (note that some files may not let you
delete them as they are "in use" - not a problem, skip them...)
5. Restart Windows, open IE

Thanks Stephen...yes, I finally got them up and running, had a heck of a
time. I Ran a utility removing all temp files, etc., which pertained to the
Toolbar...then ran a Register Cleaner, then did a uninstall of the Toolbars,
and the Suite, then did a clean re-install (removed all startup programs),
and, they finally appeared. So, thanks so much. Your idea was
great...thanks....

Glad to hear that it is fixed for you. I suspect that the Registry cleaner was
overkill, but it often corrects other problems (or creates new ones!).
