MSN Search Deskbar does not work

MSN Search Deskbar does not work Heath 05-20-2005

I have installed the latest release of MSN Search Toolbar (2.1 final).
The only problem is I can't get the Search Deskbar to show up at all.
I have tried to right click on the Windows task bar and select
Toolbars-->MSN Search Deskbar but nothing happens.
I have also tried to show the Search Deskbar from Desktop Search
Options-->Deskbar-->Show Deskbar but I get a message that says MSN
Search Deskbar failed to show.
I have also tried to use the shortcut key: Ctrl+Alt+M but this doesnt
work either.

Any suggestions?

I am running Windows XP Media Center Edition 2004 with all updates
installed.
I can see the toolbar in the list but when I select it nothing happens.
