I purchased MSN Premium through Sympatico for 1 reason: because it comes with
Intellisync for MSN so I can sync my online calendar and address book with my
palm pilot through MS Outlook.
I was working, but now when I try to sync my online files with Outlook
(which it has to first) I get a message saying "The version of Intellisync
for MSN is outdated. Press the button below to go to the update page". I do
that, and it sends me to a web page that doesn't exist.
Sympatico says they don't support Intellisync even though it's part of a
package they sell, and I can't get any helkp from MicroSoft or Intellisync.
Can anyone help? I already reinstalled MSN Premium with no success.
