I have 3 customers so far that have this problem. If they use MSN
explorer, it slows down an otherwise fast system to unusable levels. The
only fix so far I have found is for them not to use it. Has anyone seen
this or know of a better solution?

You're in the wrong discussion group for MSN Explorer, so I'll post this with a
follow-up set to the MSN Discussion group.

I have seen terrible performance in MSN Explorer for retrieving mail. When it
initially checks for mail, and you are loading a web page or attemtping to
navigate to another web page, the system will indeed appear to be locked up on
occasion. However, I have not seen performance degradation past that initial
mail check. Are you seeing otherwise?
Just about everything offered in MSN Explorer is available via a browser of
choice and navigating msn.com. The exception is the Dashboard at the side of the
application and the convenient icons on the menu bar.
Are they using the latest version of MSN Explorer, 9.2, and subscribers to MSN
Dial-up or Premium? Or are they using an older version of MSN Explorer?
