Please log in for more thread options That's a 'hard' reset. Turn off and on is a 'soft' reset. Smartphones,
unlike PPCs and PPC Phone Editions can actually be turned totally off. You
can also just remove the battery and replace. Smartphones have persistent
storage so you won't lose anything. You can leave the battery out for days
if you like.
