Will either one of the rovers come near any old spacecraft that have
landed on Mars? Viking, that little first rover Mars rover?

Unfortunately, neither of them is particularly close to any of the earlier
landing sites. (Bear in mind that Opportunity's odometer just passed 10km
after three Earth years of travel, so they'd have to be very close indeed
for there to be any realistic possibility of visiting an older site.)
