does anyone have problems with appointments not making it to your calendar?
I am a scheduling mgr and we are a small company that uses a main outlook
calendar (exchange 2003) to send appointments to field techs on smart
phones. I send about 20 appointments a day to the field techs and about 2-3
of them never make it to their personal calendars. The message is sent and
they even accept the appointment but then it just shows up on the main
calendar and not personal ones. They all have the latest smart phone
windows mobile 5 software. Is this an exchange problem?
