Well-known problem, assuming you have an Intel wireless network adapter in
your PC. Can I presume that you are using WPA or WPA2 with the wireless
connection? Find a thread called "ActiveSync Kills Wireless" in the
archives via GoogleGroups:
http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync?hl=en
That contains all of the basic information that is known about the problem
and possible solutions.
