 Pleas suggest Task Manager for the SmartPhone. I would like to see how much
memory each application is consuming besides just application list.

I have a Samsung Blackjack and to get to Task Manager, I hold down my "Home"
key (the one with the house on it). Don't know if it's the same for other
Smart Phones. My Blackjack is running Windows Mobile 5.0

Try the Remote Process Viewer (Visual Studio Remote Tools) it shows
the Process, PID, Base Priority, #Threads, etc. along with loaded
dlls.
You can also see the running process with the Visual Studio tool
"Attach to Process" targeted at your device.
You also might need to look into profiling your device, however there
are not any easy profiling solutions that I know of for Windows Mobile
5.0, though I just came across this today and will be giving it a try:
