I just had the same problem. This is what worked for me:
Go to IIS Manager -->Drill down to the WSLimitLogin service in the default
website-->go into the 'Properties'-->'Directory' tab--> ensure both 'read'
and 'write' are checked-->next go to 'Directory Security' tab --> click
'edit' for 'authentication and access control' ensure that 'integrated
windows authentication' is turned on.--> restart default website --> re-run
AD install for limit login...
