 My boss' laptop keeps grabbing the public library's Public wireless network
instead of our private network. I have moved our network to the top of the
selection list and moved the library's down, but it still happens. Any
suggestions?

You should follow David's command :-)

But it sounds like you don't have any security (WEP or WPA) set up. If
so, you are asking - nay, begging - for trouble.
