I want to make sure you know that we are a unique lead company, in that we
have our own technology and we work to build long-term relationships with
our clients. Nobody can help you close telemarketed leads like we can.
There are a lot of lead companies out there providing telemarketed hot
transferred leads, but let me tell you why we are better. We have put into
place a quality control system and tools to help you sell telemarketed hot
transfer leads.
Just to mention a few, our call recording system and our lead alert
application. Our call recording system allows us to quality control all
transfers so that we can insure the lead criteria is met and the borrower

The lead alert application is a desktop application that allows our mortgage
customers to know ahead of time that a hot transferred lead is going to be
sent to them and gives them all the lead information before the lead is even
transferred. This is such an important tool for our mortgage customers,
because as you know, being ready for the phone to ring all day long is just
not always feasible. You have other work to do and you can't just sit there
waiting for a lead to come. So when a lead gets assigned to you from our
telemarketing center, we popup a dialog box on your computer that gives you
information on the lead and allows you 5 - 10 seconds to clear whatever you
are doing and put yourself in the mindset to sell. This application really
adds value to our mortgage clients and increases their closing ratios.
These are just two points that make eLeadspot unique. There are other things
as well. We have our own in house lead delivery system that allows you or
your loan officers to get lead information anytime they want. Having our own
lead delivery system allows us to work with our mortgage customers to insure
their reporting needs and lead follow up requirements are being met.
