I use Activesync 4.5.0 with Windows XP Pro and Outlook 2002, and try to
synchronize with a Samsung Touch (HTC74) mobile phone/PDA.

When I start the synchronization I get a screen with the title Microsoft
LDAP Addresslist (servername:null, Port:3268, Username:null). Than the
synchronization starts, but I do not see anything happening with the Outlook
contacts. The Outlook contacts are not synchronized.

How to solve ?

Hi,
LDAP should not be configured on the Windows Mobile device. Also, Exchange
should not be configured either since you synchronize with Outlook.

Also, did you verify that any software firewall is allowing ActiveSync to
connect and sync data?
