The registry key
HKEY-LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\Kerberos\Parameters
defaults to 0 which does not allow for kerberos tickets to be granted.
Article Q3083339 states that this was done for security reasons but does not
list what those reasons are.
Does anyone know where to get a listing of what those security reasons are?
