ActiveSync still works and so does OMA, but Exchange is not pushing
out emails via direct push automatically. The user has to do a
manual send/receive to download their email. The phones are set to
get email immediately and direct push is enabled on both our front-end
and back-end Exchange 2003 SP2 servers.

Exchange 2003 SP2 enterprise fully patched
Windows Server 2003 R2 SP1 fully patched
Windows Mobile 5 with direct push update installed

I called Microsoft about this issue and they were unable to resolve
it, has anyone else experienced this problem and have a fix for it?

I'm going to uninstall KB931832 and I'm pretty confident it will fix
our issues with exchange pushing out email automatically. I'll write
an update as soon as I get a chance to uninstall the update.
