I am looking for a linux version for this litel nice fellow - I Canīt do so
much with it. Its has a windows CE 2.0
it has keyboard PCIMCA port and Infrared and even a modem internaly..

I want to migrate it to some sort of pocket Linux edision. I try to search
the web but I canīt find anything there.

So what can't you do that Linux would make possible?

There were various projects involved in trying to port Linux to SH3 based
handhelds but its old technology now and people have lost interest. Unless
the ROM in the phenom is flashable you are wasting your time. Even if it is,
finding anything suitable to flash VERY unlikely
