Please log in for more thread options Sorry to say, I still don't understand.
Let's try to focus on the following questions:
1. Is the Treo being used a PalmOS device or a Windows Mobile device? Or, to
make it simpler, what is the Treo model (600, 650, 680, 700, 750)?
2. Is the Treo sync'ing with a Palm application on the desktop, with
Outlook, or directly with the Exchange Server?
If I have simple answers for these two questions I will be able to tell you
if the MotoQ is a viable solution.

>>> Hi Everyone,
>>>
>>> I am working with a county commisioner and she has an assistant that
>>> schedules her appoints for her. She currently uses a Treo which she has
>>> to give to her assistant everyone morning so that her assistant can sync
>>> it for her to update her calandar. The reason they have been utilizing

>>> Exchange Server and their Outlook client. The reason they do not use a
>>> Blackberry, which the county would provide for free, is because they
>>> want to keep her personal and work related schedules, emails, etc
>>> completely seperate. Is there anyway that if she was to purchase the
>>> Motorola Q her assistance could sync the device without utilizing the
>>> county's Outlook app and thier Exchange server? Her service provider is
