Is there a way to control when indexing occurs? Strafe 08-10-2005

I am currently indexing some directories on various network drives in a
corporate network. To keep resource usuage to a minimum, I would like to be
able to specify how often indexing occurs, ideally once per day at say 4pm.
Is this possible?
