Hi everybody,

My company doesnt use Outlook so we dont have it installed in our
laptops. I have a smartpone running WM6 which syncs ActiveSync with
outlook.
Does anybody knows of a replacement that I can use to sync with
ActiveSync but not to Outlook?

Thanks in advance,
Dan

Hi Dan,

With ActiveSync you can synchronize with Microsoft Outlook or with a MS
Exchange Server. For more information -
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/help/smartphone/activesync.mspx. You
have third party solutions which allow you to synchronize with Outlook
Express, Lotus Notes and couple more PIMs on your PC.

In the day, CommonTime was the gold standard. Haven't used them for some
time as I changed companies and no longer am saddled with Lotus. It was
however a very complete solution as it accessed the Lotus Server directly.
Given they have kept up with the advances in Windows Mobile, they are worth
a look. They are far from the cheapest option, but if you really want Lotus
operability....
