I recently purchased a Audiovox PPD6700 Pocket PC/Phone. It tells me that the
version of Internet explorer is old and suggests I update it. How do I update
to Pocket PC Inetrnet Explorer Version 4.01. and where do I find the files to
make it correctly occur? Any direction and or adivse would be greatly
appreciated.

As a follow-up there was no update for Internet explorer for my phone at the
manufacturer's website. Anyone else know how to get an updated version
downloaded onto the Audiovox PPD6700 Pocket PC/Phone???

Internet Explorer for the Pocket PC is not available separately but built
into the device ROM. Some websites which only perform basic version checks
on the browser will see Pocket Internet Explorer as an old version as it
reports a version number a few below the current range of desktop browsers,
you could try contacting the site owner and asking them to support mobile
browsers.
