MCE is just XP Pro underneath, but any of the recent OS's can run Office
2003, so that shouldn't be an issue. Does your PC currently have PowerPoint,
it would have to have a version of PowerPoint to use the upgrade, not just
some version of Office?
Many computers ship with MS Works Deluxe (or whatever it is called), which
includes MS Word, but no other parts of the full Office package, I don't
know if that is considered an upgrade path. You might want to post this on a
MS Office forum and see if they have any other thoughts.
