Installation error for module in CentOS 5.0 for HTML::Mason kwan 06-18-2007

Hi Guru !

I install HTML::Mason package, the error message resist even I try to
build or install using Perl -MCPAN -e shell. I very new to the Linux
environment, it is install successfully for my Windows. I using CentOS
5.0, perl v 5.8.8

I think the error may be the internet connection, if I have internet
connect the problem may be solved, however my linux doesn't support
the internet.
