Yes; find someone who is on the Project Team and ask nicely! The
pre-publication documents for ISO standards are usually password
protected, and you can gain access to them as part of the public
consultation phase by asking the relevant National Standards Body,
providing they have people involved in the process. If they don't, it is
assumed the standard is of no interest to the nation concerned.
