Besides .ida and .print, does anyone know whether the following ISAPI
filters have been exploied?

Aspx, .Asmx, . Rem, .Soap

 You mean, historically? Think .asp, .idc/.htx at IIS 2.0 and 1.0 times, and
(though non-ISAPI) .html before that.
