Every time a close a tab of IE7 the program closes.. "internet explorer has
encountered a problem and needs to close"

AppName: iexplore.exe         AppVer: 7.0.6000.16705         ModName: msctf.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.5512         Offset: 00017d63

I've pretty much every tip I've found run all my spyware/antivirus
ccleaner... run without addons ect.. any other tips? it's always the
msctf.dll that pops up in the errors..

Now other programs are closing when I close the window with same msctf.dll
