There are sites in many serps on page one which used to
having a PR6 and hundreds of quality backlinks to get to
page one that now have sites there with zero backlinks
and PR0 sites, some sites being new only existing a few
months! All of which tells me that pagerank and ibls are a
completely dead seo technique with google, yahoo, and even
msn. They no longer matter one iota! What the also is based
on I don't have a clue to but I will say it is not based
on content as I see some of the worst sites I've ever seen
ranked high up that have no content at all. My guess is
find a way to pay off people working at search engines
and you've found today's seo. We live in a corrupt world.
