 I have a donated computer at my church. When I attempted to uninstall
programs and install a graphics card under the administrator, I did.
However, when I restarted the computer, nothing changed and the programs were
still there. Please help.

 You need to install the latest driver for the said graphic card.Visit
the manufacturer's site to download and install the updated driver.
