How to share a folder in Windows Mobile? Augusto Viola 04-10-2006

 I just bought a Mini Sd card. I want to load it with Mp3 files using
Bluetooth.

But I just get the folder \storage\my documents\ftp of my smartphone shared
to read/write using Bluetooth. So, it's not possible to write in the Mini Sd
card which is \storage card. I think that the solution should be to share
this folder so I could access it in my pc.

Does anybody knows who to share folders in Windows Mobile?

I am using Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition in a Motorola Mpx220.

 There has unfortunately never been a way to share a folder on a WM device.
Short of some clever person finding a reg hack to change the BT folder
target, I think you may be out of luck.

simplest solution is to sync directly to the card using a pc card reader
attached to your pc.

With a Smartphone and a Mini-SD, the likelihood is high it is under the
battery. Makes the card reader option a bit inconvenient.

Waiting few hours to fill 1 GB card over slow BT is even more inconvenient.

In any case it is possible to use AS to move files to storage card.
