Hi,
I tried installing Adobe PocketPC v2.0 but it says the software is not
designed for this device. The phone is running Windows Mobile 2003.
Sounds like I need Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition? If so, how could I
get it for my phone?

thanks...

Patrick,

It's probably more to do with the fact that your are installing it on a
Smartphone than WM2003/2003SE. There were only minor changes between those
two versions.

Likely the application is looking for files on the device that are on
PocketPCs and not on Smartphones - or something similar.

Regards,

Clinton,
Yes I think you are right. In fact, I re-confirmed that I do have WM2003SE
:(

So, anyone had success with getting PocketPC reader onto Smartphones? Or
find a way to read pdf on it?

thanks.

Patrick,

I have a Motorola MPx220 smartphone running WM2003SE. I use the ClearVue
Suite from Westtek to read office documents -- Word, PowerPoint and Excel --
along with PDF. It is my understanding that Cingular is now shipping
ClearVue Suite with their new WM2005 based Cingular 2125 SmartPhone.
