How to play a-law/u-law file in WinMobile 6.1 and WMP10.3?

Posted by yiyiyaya on December 1, 2008, 9:32 pm Please log in for more thread options Hi folks, In WinMobile6.1, the default player for wav file is sndplay.exe. It can play a-law, u-law files. But these files cannot be played in WMPlayer(Version 10.3, build19971). The message is "No combination of intermediate filters could be found to make the connection". In MSDN, it said G.711 is supported in WMP, http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc907934.aspx Could anyone tell me how to play it in WMP? Is a 3rd DShow filter needed? I think G.711 decoder has been included in WinMobile6.1, am I right?
