 I develop some program with ArcGIS Engine. but I don't have some good
map.
How to get it?
The ArcGIS cd 4 contains the American map, but it's not so good.
Buy from which company?

 Look on the ESRI site (www.esri.com) under Products-> ESRI data or use google to
search for 'GIS Clearinghouse'. A few of them will give you access to their data
(free or after registering or for money)
