 I don't see the outlook notes show up in ActiveSync 4.2 Where it goes? How
can I make it show up?

 Since this is posted in the Smartphone group, I will assume you have a
Windows Mobile Smartphone. WM Smarphones do not have an integral Notes
application, therefore Notes sync is not offered. If you add a Notes
application, such as SmartphoneNotes, or PhatNotes, it will add a notes sync
capability.
