I have been tasked with writing a scheduled application or service that
polls the CA and emails a list of pending certificates to the person(s)
responsible for approving the cert.
I know that the way certsrv works, once you request a cert, you can go
back into certsrv and pull up a list of those pending certs that you
requested. I also know that this is cookie/machine based. However,
the cert mananger mmc is able to pull up a list of pending certs. Is
there an API available to tap into this?
