I'm trying to troubleshoot the 85010014 error that occurs when I try to use
ActiveSync on a user's T-Mobile MDA to our Exchange 2003 SP2 server. I have
downloaded and read Microsoft's KB article 817379, which has a resolution
(Medhod 2) in there that involves creating a secondary virtual directory for
Exchange that doesn't require SSL. The problem I have is that I can't do
all of the things mentioned in the solution because we are running Exchange
on Windows 2000 Server SP4. The solution talks about right-clicking on the
Exchange virtual directory and selecting All Tasks/Save Configuration to a
File. You can't do that with Win2K.

How can I create that secondary virtual directory with Win2K, when I can't
save the configuration to a file?

Thanks in advance,
