Please log in for more thread options Hi Kongo,
I see 2 quick reasons for your Notes mails not getting indexed:
1. The mail database file you want to index is actually "archived" and NOT
"replicated". By "archived" i mean that the mail nsf is located in the folder
"data\archive\<mail>.nsf" and NOT in "data\<mail>.nsf" OR
"data\mail\<mail>.nsf". And since the Notes plugin will only index the mails
located at the data folder location, your archive folder will not get indexed.
Unfortunately, That's a limitation of the plugin.
2. You have NOT checked the option "Dont prompt for password from any
external application" in the user preferences in Lotus Notes client.
Just check these two things and if it still does not help, please let me know.
Cheers!!
