How does Windows XP Media Center compare to Windows XP Professional? I have
not seen Windows XP Media Center 2005 (or any other version for that matter).
At our office we support administrators on the field. Sometimes I do
hardware/software ordering for these administrators. They put in a request
and I order. A couple times a year the administrators will come back to the
Home Office and want connectivity to our network. I know how to connect them
using Windows XP Professional. Does Windows XP Media Center offer all of the
networking features that Windows XP Professional does or is it more like
Windows XP Home Edition?

MCE 2005 does not offer the ability to join a domain (although there are
some hacks that will allow it to work) and also does not cache network
credentials. Other than that it is pretty much Pro.
