Assuming that Me is on C: and XP is on a different drive, all you need do is
boot into Windows XP and remove everything from the C: drive except:
BOOT.INI
NTDETECT.COM
NTLDR
PAGEFILE.SYS
HIBERFIL.SYS
And anything else that you want to save that's on the drive Me is installed on.
