I'm a former Lookout user now happily using MSN Search (glad MS acquired the
Lookout technology!). Anyway, everything was working quite well, until
recently. If I type in search criteria in the MSN Search Toolbar integrated
into Outlook and hit "Enter", nothing happens and the first message in my
Inbox is selected. I am forced to click on the "Search" down arrow followed
by Outlook to initiate a search. Typing into the search box integrated into
my XP taskbar and hitting "Enter" works just fine.

I'm running XP Pro with Outlook 2003 SP1. I'm not quite sure how to check
the version of Desktop Search that I am using, but I checked the shortcut on
my start menu and "02.05.0000.1082" is in the path.

Thanks for any advice.
-joe

I found the newest version and installed it (02.05.0000.1105). It seems, at
least temporarily, to have fixed the problem I am experiencing in Outlook.
