Using MCE2005 on my new 820GM. Getting ready to go to satellite TV in new
location (this is based on previous unrelated posts about channel changing
the box) and with my new DISH setup, I get 7 free HD channels. Now, my TV
is 'HD Ready' which I assume just means I need an HD tuner and away I go.
Will I be able to run the HD signals through my MCE or will I have to go
direct to the TV?

Thanks!
Derek

You will have to go directly from your Dish HD STB to your TV with HD video.
You can only input SD video to MCE from an external STB using S-video or
composite. An HDTV tuner for MCE only permits you to receive HD OTA
broadcasts with an antenna.
