Remember, task manager and perfmon are your friends. Task Manager's Process
tab should show you the processes and you can see which ones gobble up the
most cycles. If you need further details on any process, use Perfmon to
monitor that process's internals.
You can also get other monitoring tools free from www.sysinternals.com
