On our W2K3 Terminal Services system we had an event yesterday where all use
profiles had their entire folder hierarchies' Hidden attributes set. We
haven't been able to identify a cause yet. Anyone aware of something that
would do this? Any know viruses with this behavior? Any normal management
processes/tools where someone could easily make a mistake and cause this to
happen?

Only addressing you ending question . . .
Other than the attrib command there is no "normal management
process/tool" that manipulates the H attribute as result of actions
in the UI that I have ever noticed.
