Hi,

Sorry for what might be a simple question, but could someone tell me how i
find and check the type of memory in my Time 7321. Also could I put 2 X
512mb in this laptop, or is there a limit?

Many thanks,
Len

For ease, quality and speed of service take a look at Crucial.

Thanks, but I couldn't find my model on there. I think other manufacturers
made the machine and Time put their stamp on it.
Is there any way of finding out in Windows the max ammount of ram the
machine will take?

I believe RAM quantity is a BIOS controlled limit. You could email Crucial
with as much information about your notebook as you can get from whatever
might be on any tags, labels etc. And contacting the company that sold you
the computer may help.

No, it is a hardware controlled limit. Either your mobo has the
address lines and cache topology necessary, or it does not.

The bios is only a program - it cannot alter reality.
